The following breeders have signed the Voluntary Breeder Code of Ethics.  These breeders support the highest standards in breeding practices and open sharing of health problems associated with the breed, and open discussion of potential breedings.  We still recommend due diligence on your part in doing research on the health checks and temperament of any litter. All performed health checks can be found at www.offa.org.  The posted tests for the Black Russian Terrier should include hips/elbows/heart/eyes at the minimum.  Any breeding stock listed by any of these breeders should have health results open on all of their dogs.
